American Express Blue Cash Preferred Card

They offer 3 percent back on gas stations, 3 percent back on department stores, 6 percent back on grocery stores and 1 percent back on everywhere else that you shop. It does have an annual fee of $75 and a 2.7 percent charge for foreign transaction fees, but the rewards that you gain will more than offset the cost.

PenFed Platinum Rewards Card
For every dollar that you spend on gas this reward card will earn you five points. You will also earn three points for every dollar that you spend at the grocery store and one point for every dollar that you spend everywhere else. In addition to all of these savings, they give you an initial bonus of $250.
The only catch to this rewards card as that you have to be a member of the Pentagon Federal Credit Union, which charges a $15 fee.
